This unique tenant improvement project was located in downtown Calgary. From design and engineering through to permitting and working with Dream Property Management Group, there was a tremendous amount of planning and coordination required to successfully complete this project.

Steele Inc. presented a comprehensive budget to the client, who in turn presented a very tight six week schedule requirement. Being a commercial space, many of the tasks needed to be completed between 12:00 am and 6:00 am. These time frames presented several challenges; however, Steele Inc. was able to complete the project on time and on budget. The team was also commended by the landlord for Steele’s ability to coordinate with them and complete tasks with minimal impact to other tenants.
